The Skirmisher #1

(from MMP website :) The Skirmisher #1 is the premiere issue of the support magazine for the Great Campaigns of the American Civil War series of games by Joe Balkoski, Ed Beach and Chris Withers. The Skirmisher is [...] an occasional magazine that contains [...] new articles, scenarios, player aids, rules errata, and other helpful items have been collected [...]. Importantly, The Skirmisher #1 (published by MMP in 1999) includes: (1) a standardized GCACW Series Rules, to be used with all previous GCACW games published by Avalon Hill (Stonewall Jackson's Way, Here Come the Rebels, Roads to Gettysburg, Stonewall in the Valley, Stonewall's Last Battle, and On to Richmond!); and (2) a countersheet including new Leaders (with modified/new values) to be used along with the new GCACW Series Rules in all previous (Avalon Hill) GCACW games; it also includes replacement army unit counters in particular for Roads to Gettysburg. The Skirmisher #1 includes these GCACW Scenarios: Fourth Day - a Roads to Gettysburg scenario Bath - a Stonewall in the Valley scenario New Market - a Stonewall in the Valley scenario Gaines Mill - an On to Richmond! scenario.
