Community Code of Conduct
Four simple rules that keep Roundup a place where everyone wants to play.
These rules cover everything you do on Roundup — game pages, profiles, messages, reviews, and how you behave at the table itself. They exist for one reason: so strangers can meet, play, and want to come back.
The rules, in plain language
Treat everyone with respect
You are meeting real people. Disagree kindly, give feedback generously, and remember there is a person behind every profile. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and slurs of any kind have no place here.
Take safety tools seriously
If a table plays with an X-Card, Lines & Veils, or any other safety tool, honor it — and never question or mock someone for using one. If you are hosting, run a Session Zero and state your safety approach so players know what to expect.
Explore the safety tools →Report attendance honestly
Reliability scores only work if they are true. Mark no-shows and late cancellations accurately, and keep your own word: if you cannot make it, cancel early so someone from the bench can take the seat.
No harassment, ever
Unwelcome sexual attention, stalking, doxxing, or pressuring anyone — at the table or away from it — leads to immediate action. If someone asks you to stop, stop.
What happens when a rule is broken
Most of the time a conversation solves it. When it does not, our moderation team works through the same ladder every time — proportionate to what happened and with the context in mind.
A warning
You hear from us, we explain which rule was broken, and we agree on what changes.
Content removal
Games, profiles, reviews, or messages that break the rules are edited or removed.
Suspension
Accounts that break the rules repeatedly or seriously are suspended from Roundup.
Serious harm skips the ladder — when someone's safety is at stake, we act immediately.
How to report — and appeal
If you experience or witness a violation, tell us. Include what happened, where (the game or profile page), and when — that is all we need to get started. And if you are not sure it "counts", report it anyway.
You can also write to [email protected] directly.
